1. Order Processing

Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off for same-day shipping is 2:00 PM (14:00), Monday through Saturday.

2. Shipping Schedule

• Monday–Saturday Orders
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
• Sunday Orders
  • Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.
• Bank Holidays
  • Orders placed on any bank holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

3. Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national and bank holidays in the country of dispatch.

4. Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Fees

*Next Day Delivery & Premium Next Day orders must be placed by 2:00 PM on a business day to qualify.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear.
