Here at Resort HQ we want you to be completely happy every time you shop with us, our returns policy tries as hard as possible to make this process as easy as possible.
If you wish to return any item(s) for whatever reason, then you can do so by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will have a further 14 days for us to receive your return. We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your unwanted item(s). Funds will be returned to the original payment method and notification will be sent by email once this has been processed.
All returns must be logged and processed via the customer portal.
Your email receipt for your purchase will contain a link for you to follow in the event you wish to make a return.
When you return an item, we require that it has the original packaging, not worn/used, washed, damaged or had the product tags removed. We cannot accept any item which fails to meet these criteria.

UK Customers
We operate a refund policy on all returns/exchange requests so as to give the customer the highest likelihood of being able to secure the correct product as fast as possible especially in the event of low stock availability.
After completing the return using the customer portal via the pre paid label return system, we ask that you revisit the site and make a new purchase of the required item.
The cost of the pre paid label for UK customers will be £2.99 and is a Royal Mail Service. This will be deducted from refund amount to be processed upon receipt of the items.
In the event of the product being faulty the pre paid postage will not be borne by the
customer and you will receive a full refund including original postage costs.
Here we still ask that you return the unwanted item(s) for a refund via the customer portal and upload any supporting photographs to assist with our assessment of the perceived fault.
In the event of the faulty product being accepted for return and the customer would still like to purchase a replacement, we would again recommend that they revisit the site and repurchase the required replacement item as soon as possible.

You will need your order number and email address.
Some large items such as golf bags or clubs may not be able to be returned via the portal, In this event please contact us on info@resortsportswear.com for an alternate service. This may be because these products cannot be returned at the standard discounted rate of £2.99 with adequate insurance or due to weight or size.
After logging your return via the portal, purchasing & printing a return label for £2.99, drop off your parcel at a Post Office and be sure to retain the postage receipt that will be issued. Your receipt will be required to claim for missing goods in the instance that your parcel does not arrive back at our warehouse.
You may use your own choice of courier service, but please note that you are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us. Therefore we advise that you use this or another tracked service, with an appropriate level of insurance.
